Award-winning children's book author Corey Anne Abreau is the mother of two boys, Cole and Carter. Originally from Rhode Island, Corey currently lives in Foxboro, Massachusetts. The immediate and unbreakable bond Corey felt during pregnancy inspired her to write her first book, Before I Was Born as a way to celebrate the joys of motherhood.

Corey loves creating content for children, parents and teachers. She has self-published over 5 books. She also enjoys working closely with illustrators and editors to bring her visions to life.

I'm sure every child has so many questions in their mind about how babies go in mommy's tummy and how they grow there.
Before I Was Born is a children's book for new siblings that explains how their baby brother or sister grows in mommy's tummy and how he or she feels inside mommy's womb.

This book tells how a baby is like a seed at the start, then a pear, then as large as a watermelon, then it comes out in 9 months. This book tells what happens in each month like how the baby grows, how Mumma talks to them daily when they kick etc.
I'm sure every Mumma and child will relate to this book and it's a great way to tell them what's happening inside Mommy's belly?
Beautiful illustrations and rhyming text make this book a wonderful read for kids and as well as parents.
This book is the perfect baby shower book or new sibling gift.

[Kid's Picture Book Review]

This was such a beautiful book. Just a great way to display the bond between a mother and the baby growing inside of her. I think we used pictures online to show my son a similar thing with the size of the baby at different stages for when we were waiting for our daughter to be born. This is a perfect book with great rhyming for new siblings to help them see how big their brother or sister is at different stages.

Before I was Born is a lovely book for new siblings. This book highlights a pregnant mother. Whenever a woman gets pregnant for the second time, her first baby experiences many changes around him/her. He observes his mother's tummy getting bigger as days passes by. With the help of this book, kids will get to know what is happening inside their mother's tummy.
It is very important to provide knowledge to kids about whatever is happening around them. This book will make pregnant mother's job easy to explain to kids about the growing baby inside their tummy.
Content and the presentation of this book is nice. It is a quick read. Kids will love the pretty illustrations. Amazing storytelling skills of Corey. Looking forward to read more books by her. Much excited!!

Before I was Born is a sweet Children's Book written by the author Corey Anne Abreau and illustrated by Samantha Williams. This is the story for a new sibling who see their mommy as pregnant and has so many questions in their mind. This book explains them how a little baby grows from the size of a seed to the size of a watermelon.

This story book is full of vibrant illustrations and is best suitable for new siblings. Through this book they will get to know how a baby grows inside their Mommy's stomach. Story is nicely explained and kids will get fair idea about the growth of babies. Cover photo of the book couldn't have been better than this. Overall, it's a fantastic and helpful book for kids.
