Rough Jesters MC #3
Corrupt Honor
He hasn’t forgotten the day I walked away.
And he’ll never forgive me for what I’ve done. Nine years ago, I lied to save myself. I lied to keep him safe.
Instead, my lie broke us both.
ALISHA
My love for him was just as strong as it was nine years ago.
But now we’re on the opposite side of the law.
I can’t have him now.
Not after what I’ve become.
Seth Owens hasn’t forgotten the day that I walked away.
And he will never forgive me for what I’ve done.
SETH
She took my heart and never looked back.
Now she’s come home, and I want what’s mine.
She can tell me no. She can try to fight.
She can do everything in her power to keep me away.
But I’m not giving up. Not this time.
I left my mark on her nine years ago.
And now, Alisha Poole will be mine again.

Corrupt Honor by Brook Wilder is another great story surrounding the men and women of the Rough Jesters MC. Seth/Chuckler, VP for the club has always felt something was missing in his life as the club brothers are each finding love, but he can't and will not give his heart away, the only woman for him was Alisha who at one time was a member of the club and the love of his life. When tradegy struck Alisha's family, she gave up and walked away from Seth breaking his heart. Alisha has always wanted revenge for her sister and the only way she could accomplish this was to be a ATF agent. Now after 9 years of being away from home, she has been sent back to her hometown of Castillo to take down the Rough Jesters as well as the Los Aztecas. When Seth and Alisha see each other again, they soon will find out that the chemistry and passion between them is stronger than ever and they can't deny the feelings they have for each other. This story had so much drama as well as twists and turns as forces are working against them, as well as a controlling partner trying to get Seth as well as hiding his own agenda for Alisha. Now as these two get close and rekindle their love after one night together, Seth and Alisha and the Rough Jesters Mc are placed in danger by betrayals and setups. Now the Rough Jesters and the women of the Hell's Bitches rally around to take the cartel down as well as the dishonest agent. This story will have you on edge from beginning to end as this story was filled with undying love between Seth and Alisha, will they be able to separate the things that matter most in their lives, brotherhood and career? This a must read and I highly recommend this book. Looking forward to reading more about the men and women of the Rough Jesters MC. I voluntairly reviewed an advanced copy of this book.

☠️💖 I loved this second chance and sexy MC story 💖☠️
There’s no plot summary in this review, because there’s no need. You’ve read the blurb, and it sounds like a good read, right? I’ll tell you true, that it is.
I absolutely enjoyed this book, especially as MC is not a trope that I’ve felt compelled to read. I have book friends who love them, and when someone recommends a book and an author to me, I’ll listen. So when I received an offer to read Corrupt Honor as an early copy, I jumped at the chance, and ended up buying my own e-book. While I found the plot a little predictable, it didn’t stop me wanting to read it in one hit and put the hates on anyone who dare interrupt my reading pleasure.
I loved the scene setting that Brook Wilder provided for Seth and Alisha’s story. I was coming into this new-to-me series late at book three, and Ms Wilder did a great job of introducing the various characters. I don’t know if those who have read the Rough Jesters MC series from the start would find it repetitive, but by Chapter 5, I was pretty much up with the play.
The bikers who make up the Rough Jesters were every bit as loving and loyal as any family, and it was great that the ladies were as tough as the alpha men they partnered. I do struggle with the reality that the men would be as romantic as they are written to be, but this is fiction and I’ll enjoy it for all that it is worth. And, the witty humour sprinkled throughout the book lightened the tone in just the right amount. I’m definitely going back to introduce myself to the earlier books and recommend Corrupt Honor as a great read especially for those who love the FBI, MC and Second Chance types of books. 4 Stars.

The third book in the Rough Jesters series is one that should be added to your shelf. It can be read as a standalone but I recommend reading the prior books to get to know the supporting characters. A return to one’s roots can be a challenge especially when it is part of your job and it puts those you once cared for in possible jeopardy. Alisha had a rough childhood but after a tragedy, she turned her life around and went to work for the ATF. Seth, aka Chuckler, found a young Alisha and brought her into his world until that fateful day when she picked up and left. However, the feelings that Alisha and Seth had for each other could not be erased by their time apart. If anything, it made their feelings stronger. Yet there are those who would see these two separated for good and one enemy is closer than they know. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this enemies to lovers, a second chance at romance set to the backdrop of a MC. It is fueled with drama, betrayal, love, reconnection, intrigue and some surprises along with steam; not to mention all of the other characters that readers have come to know and love from the previous books. I recommend this book and the rest of the series.
I volunteered to read a copy of this book and all opinions are my own.

I absolutely enjoyed reading this second chance/enemies to lovers MC romance, it is about love, the death & devastating aftermath of beloved family member’s murder & the reconnection of two lovers. The story-line & plot is interesting, well-written & intriguing with well-developed characters that have unique distinctive personalities which ultimately complement each other.
There is: a woman (Alisha) with vengeful feelings has become an ATF agent & she is sent to take down the Rough Jesters but comes into contact with her past love only to discover that he is the Rough Jesters VP (Seth aka Chuckler), MC riders (Rough Jesters), cartel/mafia (Aztecas), Federal Agents, twists & turns, intrigue, suspense, adventure, action, confrontations, deceit, betrayal, danger, threats, enemies, violence, conflict, profanity, memories, reconnecting attractions, manipulations, immunity offer, jealousy, confrontations, devious plans, drugged, explosions, arrests, compromises, decisions, love, contentment, surprises, some steam & a very interesting epilogue. I would recommend this MC romance to people who enjoy reading this genre.

This is Seth and Alisha’s story. This was so good. Almost ten years ago Alisha left Seth, her family and her biker family. She is back to put the person who killed her sister behind bars. She is now an ATF Agent and took the assignment that takes her back home and into her ex’s life. She thinks she will be able to keep her feelings about Seth under lock and key and not cross the line. One bump in with Seth and all her rules fly out the window. She loved Seth and realizes she still loves him more than ever. How can a criminal and a fed make it work? There is action, backstabbing, revenge, love and some twists and turns. These two still have the same strong connection they had before. They have some explosively hot chemistry that can’t be hidden. This was a good storyline with some fantastic characters. This is the first book I’ve read in this series and I understood it. You don’t need to read the previous books to understand it.

I really enjoyed reading Alisha and Chuckler/Seth. This is a second chance story with dirty hot and sexy, romantic, twists, hea, and TRIGGERS.
Alisha is now is an ATF agent, has been sent to check into the Rough Jesters MC and the Los Aztecas MC/Cartel (Pacifica).
Normally this would be a "normal" assignment, but when she was younger she was a member of the Rough Jesters along with her partner Seth. But when her sister was taken, by the Los Azetcas and murdered, when she was mistaken for Alisha. She decided that she had to leave the Jesters and Seth.
Seth has been in love and still is, with Alisha since he first met her at a party, when she was only sixteen and he was nineteen. When she left it about broke him but he could only hope she would return to him and when she did he was determined to win her back. He has waited nine years for her to return.
This story has TRIGGERS.

In this installment of the Rough Jesters MC, old lovers and friends come together again. In order to stop an all out war between two MC’S and the cartel, the lovers must learn to work together, so that they can save their town and their families and friends from death.
It’s hard for them, because they both have a personal stake in this; for her it was her sisters abduction, rape and murder, because they thought her sister was her, and him because was with him when it happened.
It drove them apart and will bring them together again stronger and better prepared for the future. That’s is the lasting kind of love everyone should have.

Corrupt is a second chance at love story. When Alisha’s sister is killed she walks away from Seth and her life with the Jester. Now Alisha is back as an ATF agent, working to bring down the Jesters and the Aztecas. Sparks fly when they meet again. Corruption and danger surround the Jesters and Hells Bitches as the rally around Alisha.
When all is said and done will they be able to separate their careers from the life they want to live together? Great read, looking forward to the next book in the Rough Jesters series. I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

First of all not a fan of FED and a MC romance. It's such a cliche. Also, why is this an MC romance if the hero leaves MC at the end. MC is all about family and loyalty and all author does is mock that concept. If the heroine is staying in Castillo then why would the hero leave MC in the end. I was unable to grasp the ending and now do not feel like reading more books in the series. And isn't MC life is till death. The story was fine but the ending could have been better

This book is action packed and exciting! There’s fighting and gun fighting, kidnapping, killing, as well as a whole lot of hot, sexy, steamy, chemistry that is through the roof. Awesome! I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book and gave my honest opinion.

Another great book
It started out kind of slow but the more I read I really got into it. Was worried things wouldn’t work out in the end. Looking forward for the next book. Always good reading.

Good Read
I enjoyed this book. I'm a sucker for bad boy good girl stories. The story moved at a good pace. I really wasn't expecting the ending but I suspect I'll be reading more about in future books.

Absolutely love this second chance romance. I’m usually not really big into these books, but Wilder has a way of pulling you in & you won’t be able to put it down.
