Re-Write Too: Daly Reflection's toward realization

Is a blog just gossip that we do about ourselves when nobody else will listen? I had a HORRIBLE year last year. I made the conscious decision to coach myself through my transitions in a very non-traditional coachy way. Every day, I blogged about what mattered and what didn't matter. Every day I held myself accountable by making my life public. Here's the thing I figured out. LIFE itself is one big fat typo. If we take it all too seriously, so it will be. This isn't "self-help" but it's not NOT "self-help" either. It is what you make it to be and that has nothing to do with me. This story... does.
