Have learned so much about managing my STR . Every chapter is in valuable, easy to read and understand. It covers the perspective of both whole and partial house rentals. Explains deductions, direct 100% deductible expenses regardless of personal use and, conversely, tg ed expenses which must be allocated based on personal use. Even if you use an accountant. This is helpful in preparing your records and understanding their advice and preparation of your tax return. I will look for a similar book on accounting principles for the short and long term rental.
