I do not aspire to be a CEO or founder but I thought the subject matter might be interesting to read about. On a personal level I just didn't care for the author. I must admit I read about the author prior to the reading the book, and I didn't like him before reading.

The quotes from the hip hoppers / rappers is a turnoff. Referring to everyone in his examples as she versus he was cheesy too. There were parts I liked. Much of the book seemed repetitive to me.
