Over the years I have had a growing concern about the ministry and how many ministers have left the role in which they have been called to perform, are now leaving because of various circumstances or a lack of interest.This book is a compilation done by surveys of various groups who have gathered reasons why man or women are leaving the ministry and going out into other facets of life. I did my own poll of denominational men in leadership they found in their own movement.

A Free Will Baptist minister for 53 years, attended Hendrix College, graduated from Hillsdale Free Will Baptist College, and earned a M.B.A. and a Ph. D. in Business Administration from Columbia Pacific University. He has been awarded three honorary degrees and a number of business awards.
