Picked it up to see if the lo would like 'boy books'. Well, she didn't like this one. It says it is appropriate for early readers, but at 50 pages, I dont think the length is right.

In this book, Leo got a new digger. It had a shiny shovel, and Ben came visiting and Ben said, "Wow! Can I have a turn?" But Leo said no. Then Leo said, "I've got a lot of digging to do." They went to the park. Leo tripped and got back up and looked through a hole. He asked Ben to come see and there were real diggers and dumpers. Mom said, "Come on." Leo climbed up on the jungle gym and said, "I can see the diggers and dumpers from here." Ben climbed on the jungle gym and said, "So I can." Then they climbed back down and asked Mom if they could go back home. She started laughing and sain, "We've only been here for ten minutes." They went back home and Leo and Ben were playing with their digger and dumper, and this time they played together. Mom came and said, "That's like a building site." I liked this book because it's fun to read on sunny days. -by Alexander
