I came it across in a local library and thought to give a try. Unfortunately it wasn't worth it. The characters were quite flat. But what I disliked the most in this book was the attitude of a German teenage girl to the Irish people, comparing their attitude to life, to "Stone Age", etc. Though, on the other side, she seemed to be quite pleased there. Besides, there were almost no twists, nothing that would keep a reader's interest and the ending was quick, somehow incomplete.
Overall, I found this book not well-elaborated.

Ganz nette Lektüre, man kriegt nur leider ein bisschen den Eindruck, als ob alle irischen Bauern Tierquäler wären. Auch der Schluss wirkt etwas überhastet und abrupt.
