Great for browsing fun/obscure facts. Includes humorous drawings and jokes on in the margins. Good for upper elementary/middle school students who may be looking for a relaxing non-fiction read. Would be even more fun with color illustrations. Not useful for research assignments.
I read this because it was recommended for another teacher. I really thought that this was a great book deftly handling a delicate subject. It is written for preteens, but it was very entertaining.
