Some parts of the book very practical, guide like, some came as a surprise - history of philosofy. Always good to know, but I didn’t mean to choose the book for that.

In general, good summary and repetition on manipulation, body language and use of NLP: not too deep, but easy to follow and understand. These parts I found practical.

My favorite quote of the book: “If you venture too far into someones personal space, it better be to either kiss them or kill them.” :) :)
