The blurb for this book really piqued my interest and I was eager to give this one a read. The characters and their interactions were incredibly entertaining. Tisdale's terrific storytelling has redeemed some of my faith in the Ice Cream Shop series as I near the final books. I was hooked on Julie and Eddie and watching them get to know one another better. This was a very enjoyable read.

Cute novella

Cute, novella about taking chances and not letting heartbreak rule your life. On her honeymoon trip, alone, Julie meets Eddie, the bartender who tries to cheer her up. Makes me want some ice cream now!😂

If you like to curl up on a cool fall day and read a great book, then this book is for you! This is the story of Julie who gets left at the altar and decides to go on a solo honeymoon to a tropical paradise. While reeling from the grief and shock of her recent break up, she meets a kind bartender and begins her journey to heal her heart.

Lauren Tisdale brings this little island to life and has me longing to visit this cozy island and indulge in some salted caramel ice cream. I found the characters to be very relatable and charming. This was a quick and cute novella that I couldn't put down. I love a good romance story and a happily ever after, and this one really hit the spot! My only regret was that it could have been longer!!!! I want more and look forward to reading more from this author.

Where to begin? This isn't the type of book I normally pick up. So imagine my surprise when I started to read it, and I couldn't put it down at all! The characters are strong and likable (except for Roman, who I wanted to castrate!), the banter is enjoyable, and the end is perfection.

I have read Lauren's writing for years, and this one really does take the cake for me! If you want something fun, heartfelt, and just plain wonderful then look no further because Lauren Tisdale is here to save the day!

A lovely novella. This novella has a bit of everything, from different tales from new to me authors to an author I've read works from before. What starts out with a heartbroken Julie to meeting Eddie on an island full of beauty and secrets.

A great story for a summer read. Funny moments to sweet and tender. Overall a really great read.

Coral, wishes, and adventure

Heartbreak can be all consuming but it's important to find peace again. No one has the perfect remedy for all but an island vacation sure sounds perfect to me! The bartender and the tourist what a beautiful tale!

Not wanting to put this book down I had read it in two in half days. The Aurther Did an amazing job telling the story of two completely different people coming together. It will leave you wanting more!
