Some scars don't heal. Chris knows this first hand. As a former soldier, he's seen his share of wars, but the battle over his own guilt is one he can't defeat. After a mission leaves his buddy injured, Chris blames himself. The only light in his life is April. She's spring and summer rolled into one, light to his darkness, and he refuses to give into his urges to find his happily ever after--not until he atones for the sins of his past.

April has loved Chris for years, but the man barely acknowledges her existence. She should move on and find someone else, but it's not that easy when the source of your infatuation is in your life so much. April tries to ignore him, but when bad things start happening to her, she has no choice but to seek help from him.

Can Chris pull her from danger while fighting his own demons and can April be this sinner's salvation?

Sinner's Salvation is part of Samantha A. Cole's Suspenseful Seduction World.

Chris lives with the guilt of someone on his team being severely injured while on a mission overseas. He does his best to hide it from his friends and family. April has always loved Chris but he doesn't seem to feel anything for her. Or does he? When things start happening, she has to turn to Chris for help who in turn gets his brother, Curt and a Trident Security team member, Brody onboard. I loved how the author brought Chris's character to life as we didn't get a lot of information on him in Whiskey Tribute. The feelings, the emotions this brought out was real and fits right in with Samantha Cole's Suspenseful Seduction World. Will Chris be able to overcome his feelings of guilt enough to protect April? Well, get the book and find out!

April has loved Chris for years, and he really doesn't see her. When he comes into her place of work he has his own purpose. She just wishes that he could notice her as a woman and not a nurse.

Chris has wanted April for such a long time. He cannot forgive himself for those he has hurt by his past actions. Hard to move on, and hard to include someone in his misery. The yearning seem pointless.

This was such an amazing book! I loved the clear cut trope of protector and innocent. The story was laid out with a fast pace. I was particularly excited by the mention of some of my favorites from the Trident Security series. Not a complete necessity to have read that series first, but certainly very helpful. What a great idea this was. Having trouble putting the book down, I was moved by how determined the characters were.

Another great addition to the Suspenseful Seduction World by an author that I will definitely read more from in the future. There is not a day that goes by that Chris is not weighed down with survivor's guilt. The one highlight of visiting his brother in arms at the rehab center is seeing April. Falling for her from afar but not doing anything about it is the penance he places himself in. But when April is in danger, Chris becomes her knight. Can he finally let the past go and find happiness and love? An emotional journey from the opening pages that I could not put down makes this one of my favorites from the spin-off series.

This was my first Jessica Ames book but definitely not mys last! I started reading and could not put it down. Ms. Ames kept me guessing, the suspense was so well written I wanted to see what was going to happen next and it usually surprised me. I could also relate to the main characters, Chris and April, plus I kept getting glimpses or mentions of favorite characters from the Trident Security Series which made me do the happy dance (lol). Ms. Ames is a wonderful storyteller and I can’t wait to read more of her books.

Sinners Salvation on of the amazing books in Suspenseful Seduction World. It’s a very emotional story. Chris ex military suffers survivors guilt, but one high light is seeing April every week at the center. When they finally give into there feelings a stalker comes after April. Will Chris be able to help April ? I throughly enjoyed this story it kept me guessing what could come next and wow what a surprise didn’t see that one coming. 5 stars

I really enjoyed this book. Sometimes we blame ourselves for things out of our control. Chris blames himself for the life altering injury to his friend and fellow soldier. He meets a nurse at the care facility his friend is in and doesn’t think he deserves to be happy so he ignores her, or tries to. That is until she is in danger. This book has guilt, attraction, romance, suspense, a stalker, suspects galore, a dog, action and hot sexy scenes. Can it also have forgiveness and a HEA? Dive in and find out. I think this one is a great addition to the Suspenseful Seduction World.

A journey through survivor’s guilt and how it can hold a person back. This journey had me pulling for the Hero one minute and wanting to slap the back of his head the next.

The heroine’s job has to be depressing but she remained upbeat and supportive to them and their families.

Great main characters, good flow and just enough mystery to have you going back and forth trying to guess who the bad guy is.

This is the first book I read from Jessica and I loved it. I felt for Chris he had such a survivors guilt. April is such a strong and sweet and caring woman. This story built up is wonderful. The characters were coming alive for me. The suspense was superb and the love was hot. I loved the twist and didn’t see that one coming. I am going to checkout more of her books.

Sinner’s Salvation by Jessica Ames is part of the Suspenseful Seduction series using The world of Samantha A Cole’s Trident family. Our hero in this story is Chris Bannerman, brother to Curt Bannerman, who is now off living elsewhere with a new bike shop.
Chris is a mechanic, and a vet. He also feels guilty that he survived a roadside bombing that left one of his best friends in a persistant vegetative state. So Chris visits his friend, often.
April is a nurse in the care facility Chris visits. She has a crush on Chris. Too bad he doesn’t like her. Sometimes, all it takes is a stalker to put things into perspective.
Ms Ames does a great job melding the two worlds, and gives us an ending that some may not see coming.

Wowzer. Just go ahead and cut a good chunk of time out for this book because there is no putting it down. Chris blames him self for something that happened while he was in the military. Now that he is home he is not adjusting well and can't get over what happened. April has loved Chris for what feels like forever but he feels he is not good enough for her. So he pushes her away. April is so torn she knows she needs to move on. But how can she when her heart Belo gs to Chris. Then trouble starts showing up and April is scared so she goes to the only one she knows can help her. Will Chris be able to save her? will April be able to help Chris heal?

Jessica Ames is a new author to me. I enjoyed reading this romantic suspense. It was evenly paced with a good mix of suspense, mystery, danger and romance. I really liked both characters. You definitely get a " damn, I didn't see that coming" moment. As a side note Chris is the younger brother of Curt Bannerman from Whiskey Tribute (Trident Security 5.5)

It takes the need to protect someone special to start pulling Chris Bannerman out of the crushing burden of guilt that he's been drowning in for eight years. That someone special is April Collins. She's kind, caring, adorably funny and beautiful. If you ask Chris she deserves a far better man than he. What Chris doesn't get is that April figured him out almost immediately and still wants him. She sees a man who is hard working, loyal and is killing himself slowly with guilt. When a stalker invades April's life, Chris goes into overprotective hyper drive. He gets backup from his former teammates and Trident Security in his quest to keep her safe. Losing April is not an option.

Sinner’s Salvation is part of Samantha Cole’s Suspenseful Seduction World”, it’s written by Jessica Ames and has a some of Samantha’s Trident Security characters in it. Jessica wrote a great book for Chris Bannerman, Curt’s younger brother, who has one of the worse cases of survivors guilt causing him to visit his brain damaged best friend in a care facility weekly for over eight years. April has been working at the facility for the last two years and the attraction between the two has been apparent on both sides but neither act upon it. That is until a stalker starts threatening April’s life and Chris can no longer push thoughts of her aside, and has a driving need to keep her safe, even if he doesn’t feel as though he deserves her in his life. Having never read her writing before, I was happy to find a new to me author whose books are now on my TBR list.

Wow! What a story! I loved it. Jessica Ames working on the project Suspenseful Seduction World is Awesome! Taking Samantha A. Cole’s beloved Trident Security Team and Adjacent Characters and creating a action packed novel.
Plenty of Steam and brotherhood is had by Chris Bannerman when he finally has the courage to take
A chance at happiness with the Beautiful nurse April! I just love how the author has portrayed one of the character adjacent TS team. I was on the edge of my seat trying to figure out who the bad person was. Great Job ♥️♥️

My first book by both this author and in the seduction world series and I LOVED it. Survivors' guilt leads Chris to live a half-life never allowing himself to be happy or have a relationship because he feels responsible for the injuries which placed his friend in an acute care living facility. Along comes one feisty nurse who sees right to the heart of the problem. Thinking Chris dislikes her she gives him her own style of truth along with enough sass to make Chris take notice. Once Chris finds out her life is in danger he does everything in his power to ensure her safety even if it means calling in his old teammates. Cameo appearances by members of the Trident security team from Samantha A Coles series makes this book a must read.

I really enjoyed this book! Chris blames himself for his best friend being hurt. April works in the care facility his friend is in. He is attracted to her, but doesn't act on it for years because he doesn't feel worthy. Once she breaks through his walls, they realize she has a stalker. This book had it all, romance, intrigue and a twist that I NEVER saw coming! Definite must read!

This was a good book. It's one of the first of many to come in the Suspenseful Seduction World of Samantha A. Cole' Trident series.

This was my first Jessica Ames book - Curt is the brother of a character in the Trident series and Ms. Ames did a good job bringing him to life. He struggles with something that happened during his Army days that keeps him from approaching April until now.

Their story has conflict and some angst. The last 20% of the book was the best. The first part set up the ending nicely but it what happened was a bit of a surprise which was a good twist.

I will definitely look for more from Ms Ames and hope some if the characters in this book also get their own stories!

This starts with action and changes the course of Chris's life reluctantly. April is a caring nurse for her patients and loves her job, she gets on well with colleagues and those visiting the patients in her care, except for one. As things start to change though her life suddenly starts to spiral with an unknown threat. The villain in this was a complete surprise, I didn't even have it on my radar. Exciting but tenseful plot but easy to enjoy and get engrossed in. I love seeing what authors can do with characters from another author and loved how this turned out, I will also be checking out some other books by Jessica as well.

This is my first book by Jessica Ames and my first book in the Suspenseful Seduction World. I really enjoyed it. It has a little bit of everything; romance and suspense (my favorites), action, sexy times, and lots of all around goodness. A great start to this “new” world.

Sinners Salvation is the first book I have read of Jessica Ames and I was not disappointed, Chris is a broken man filled with guilt of what happened years ago and keeps telling himself he didn’t deserve to be happy, but he as had feeling for April for 2 years but won’t do anything about it until she starts being stalked. Will this stalker bring them together finally? Let me just say you will be shocked by the outcome. This is the first book in the Suspenseful Seduction World Series, a winner, you won’t be disappointed!

I loved this book so hard, but it didn’t surprise me. Everything I read from Jessica has taken me for a whirl wind of emotions...and this one was no different.

Chris is living with guilt from his past and doesn’t think he deserves to be happy, but April shows him what it is to be loved. I won’t give too much away because you need to read it for yourself to see how amazing it is... but I promise you will not be disappointed!

Simply Outstanding. Being a faithful reader of Samantha Coles Trident series, I absolutely loved this storyline. Ms Adams incorporated the Trident team into an amazing, suspenseful, intense story that kept me engrossed to the point I read the book in one sitting. The twists and surprises in the book took me by surprise while the characters came to life in my mind.

I Highly recommend Sinners Salvations and I loved the concept of combining the characters from the Trident Gang. I am looking forward to more books from Jessica Adams as well as The Suspenseful Seduction World series. 2 Thumbs Up and 5 Stars for both.

This is my first book by this author and I wasn't left dissapointed. It had everything you wanted to read in a romantic suspense.

Chris lives with the guilt that his friend was injured when on mission and the guilt he had stopped him moving on with his life. April is one of the nurses looking after his friend. When mysterious things start to happen Chris steps in. He can't hide the feelings he has for her but can he keep her safe?

Along the way we meet some of the Trident Security Team from Samantha A Cole's series. I love that the author gets to include some of the guys in this book. I can wait for more in this crossover series from the other authors involved.

If you thought Curt Bannerman was awesome in Whiskey Tribute, meet his brother Chris – and be bowled over. In another awesome book in the new Suspenseful Seduction world, Jessica Ames has brought Chris Bannermn to life for the reader, with his survivor’s guilt, his refusal to allow himself to be happy, and with the woman that finally brings him light, April. And, when April needs him, he pulls out all the stops, bringing in his teammates and Trident (always a pleasure to see those men!). For me, the characters make a story, even more so than the storyline, and Chris and April are so well written you want to get to know them. Neither is ever one-dimensional; we see struggles, joys, lust, hope, despair – I was genuinely sad when this story was over.

I received a free copy of this book; it is awesome, and my opinions are my own.

For two years, April has wanted to be "more" to Chris Bannerman than just one of the nurses who have been caring for his former teammate the same teammate who is brain damaged due to an order he issued while they were one a mission. Chris has been keeping his distance from the cute nurse because his guilt has made him believe that because his friend can no longer experience the love of his wife and child then Chris should not get a chance at happiness either. When someone begins to target April, Chris decides that despite his previous need to keep his distance, he has to make sure she remains safe. I love that this story includes many of the characters from the Trident Series since Chris Curt Bannerman's brother and Ian Sawyer and other characters get involved to help as well. This is my first read by Jessica Ames but I can say it won't be my last.

I was given an ARC in exchange for an honest and totally voluntary review.

Truly amazing!!!!
Chris lives daily with the guilt that it is his fault that his teammate has a brain injury and will never recover. April works at the care center that Chris's friend is at.
Chris doesn't feel that he deserves to be happy. He is very much attracted to April but won't go for it. April can't figure out why Chris doesn't like her.
Chris and April are starting to go out together and she also now has a stalker. He has called in his brother and Brody for help and brought in his team. Can they figure out who is behind it before it is too late??

Sinner’s Salvation gives us a look into how one man’s feeling of guilt that he caused life-altering injuries to a friend leaves him feeling unworthy of happiness until April wiggles her way into his heart. Go on the journey with Chris and April as they work through his guilt and search for her stalker with a little help from his former team and his brother’s. Jessica Ames gives us all we need in romantic suspense, especially a “didn’t see that coming” moment. Enjoy your copy today.

This book will have you hooked from page one until the end and have you guessing who is stalking April. Chris is blaming himself and punishing himself for something that happened in the military and visits his friend and teammate Luke and finds himself over the years wanting April, but he refuses to bring his darkness into her light, but when April has a stalker can he save her?April has been in love with Chris for years but he doesn't want anything to do with her. Can she bring lightness into his darkness and get through to him? When she is in trouble its Chris to her rescue, but can he save her in time? This book was absolutely fantastic and chris made my heart hurt for him. The only thing I would want is an epilogue at the ending of the book and see what happens in a few months or year.we get to see Brody from the Trident security team.
