I had just been wondering what the point of this story was when it finally came to a plot. And then just as quickly, the end. Since there are three books in the series, I'm not about go through this again twice for a finale that can't possibly be worth it.
I enjoyed this story of a family saga. Conner thinks he can do what he likes and get away with it because he is rich. That fiction comes to an end very quickly. I was engaged in this story and was really enjoying it until the jaw dropping cliffhanger at the end. I would recommend it. I received an advance copy of this book and this is my honest review.
Stone Mountain is a ski resort left to a young boy after his parents are killed in a off the road after their car is sabotaged. Several issues continue to come up. A long story ends with nothing resolved. It takes a number of people, but nothing is end. I took think of the story as not worth.
I enjoyed this part of the Winters saga. I’m sure the rest of the series will be intriguing. Characters are just developing so it will be interesting to see what unfolds.
The book poorly was written and uninteresting. I'm so tired of reading about accidental pregnancies and perpetuating the stereotype that it's the woman at fault. That's only one of many issues with this story.
I enjoyed reading this book but so many of the events were never really clarify as to who did what! It leaves the reader wondering why the so called accidents were never solved.
I read the entire book thinking it would redeem itself by someone being happy. It never happened. The most depressing book I have ever read and a complete waste of my time.
That was a good story, written at the level for high school readers. Believable scenario, but not believable deaths. And a cliffhanger, grrr. I'm supposed to buy the next two books, I guess.
