There was an article about this book in the October 2020 issue of The Word Among Us, and I can't say for sure why I was drawn to it. Possibly because I am approaching 50 (a couple more years yet), with several relatives and family friends in their 80's. Plus this year, the uncertainty of the pandemic has reminded many of us to take care of ourselves, nurture our faith and treasure the time we have. Stay as positive and active as possible and never stop learning - that's great advice at any age!!

Excellent for those contemplating retirement. Contains many helpful prep suggestions and also for what to do with those golden years. Keeping active and suggestions for how. Both my husband and I are finding it interesting and keeping with our faith. Lucinda at the Library
