The whole spectrum of employment is included from recuitment, through training and development, to appraisal, promotion and retention of skills. The part played by mentors is looked at in detail, as are the benefits of networking. The qualities possessed by both men and women are also examined. These qualities, although different, can be used in tandem to the benefit of any organization. The future is also considered, such as the changing patterns of work and the roles of corporate wife and husband.
