The creative work of Rita Kelly—namely her short stories—was first published by Arlen House in 1980 and 1986. Now, at the turn of a new millennium, we are honoured to publish this stunning collection of poetry, in English and Irish, which we feel is going to make a major contribution to the literary and emotional consciousness of many people, both in lreland and abroad.
There were some poems I didn't understand because they include allusions to pop culture and Irish things that I don't know about, so if you aren't Irish and/or older than thirty or so you might have some trouble understanding. However, the poetry was enjoyable and engaging.
