I'm so grateful Robert Courtade wrote this brilliant, common sense book. I've used Dr. Abraham A Low's tools for self leadership my adult life and I raise my children with them. It works so beautifully and allows me to parent my child with Aspergers with the same tools I use for my typical child. I recommend this book to friends and give it as a gift It's amazing. So useful. If you know someone that struggles with strong feelings of fear or sadness, or parent a child with strong feelings, this book is a lifeline. For fans of The Conscious Parent.
