It's concise and not overly repetitive as books in this category often are. While more time on the leadership side of things would be welcome, the details around Scrum and Kanban were helpful. It is by no means a book on implementing Agile in your environment - nor is it about implementing Scrum or Kanban.. But it is a good overview.

Good practical summary

Good practical summary of agile for beginners to intermediate users of agile and scrum. Kansan summary was a little short.
