This one was just okay. Another book I got because:
a. It was free on kindle
b. It had unicorns (for the girls in my small reading group), but they were not your "usual unicorns" (for the boys).
Neither they nor I found this story particularly interesting. In fact, at the half way point, the kids "convinced" me we had finished it and it was time for a new book.
I recommend reading this first to see if your child will like it.
