Dr Rick Goodman has shared the secret to living one’s best life in his new book, Living a Championship Life: A Game Plan for Success. I truly believe that Dr Rick’s formula, particularly feeling good about oneself and knowing how to use your own strengths to enhance your life are keys to success. He correctly points out that a successful life is one where you not only feel good about yourself and how you help and interact with others but that being as well rounded as feasible is important. I have started to make my notes using the S.M.A.R.T. System and I just know that it will make me happier and more self-confident. This book is a must read for everyone - especially anyone who wants to improve their life and happiness.
