A respected friend gave me this book along with two others written by this author.
I found some passages to be plausible and "sensible" based upon the value system that I've derived from my culture, environment, and experiences. However, there were some passages that I judged to be implausible and contrary to my beliefs about God.
I gave the book three stars because despite my criticisms I was able to take some very valuable information from it, apply it to everyday life, and thereby perhaps improve myself. Something like not throwing out the baby with the bathwater...😉
