Another good study guide for developing leaders (or coaches) who themselves are developing leaders in a ministry setting. This book is again intensely practical and is a great guide to developing leaders and their leaders. Like his other books, I suspect that it will be best to use the steps enumerated and processes described as a thorough guideline rather than a straitjacket.

A thoroughly practical guide concerning how to find, prepare, organize and shepherd leaders. One can read the book in 2-4 hours with ease. It would serve as workbook to continually reference when trying to grow one’s church.
