This is a great way to keep up with meals and exercise. Love the weekly motivational quotes to keep you energized. I found myself wanted to try different foods because my recordings showed I ate a lot of the same things. Great way to stay encouraged andceasy to follow.

If you want a paper journal to document your food intake, this is decent. If you like using apps like MyFitnessPal, you won’t have a use for this.
