Dan Mattson review of Beginners Guide To Indoor Rowing by Amanda Painter Diver PT DPT
Having recently completed Amanda's book, I must say it was extremely educational, helpful, and beneficial to me as a beginner to indoor rowing. I found the book provided great insight as to exploring another option for an exercise which truly benefits one's health. A true must read if one is considering indoor rowing to their repertoire of exercises.
Excellent primer to starting rowing. I’ve already been rowing for three years and this books addressed a lot of the problems I was having. Including making an exercise plan and explaining what the different activity mediums are meant to do. Highly recommend as a supplement to work out plans. Small, easy to read. Ready it in 2 hours.
