This book is filled with great advice and a wonderful way to start a reading of you’re feeling stuck on topic. The only down side I have is all the links listed in this book need to be updated they don’t link to anywhere you just get a message that the page has been removed or doesn’t exist. If you’re going to make a book with online links you can’t remove them from your site just make them hidden unless you have clicked the link, you can had as many hidden pages to a website you would like and unless someone has the right link to it it can’t be accessed.
This was a great book for spreads and it very much I spires you to create your own. In the beginning of the book, the author outlines a lot of basic things for getting started on creating your own spreads, basic things you’ll need for a tarot reading and your spiritual growth, and she also goes over opening and closing a reading properly.
It made my readings and practice feel less clumsy and more intentional.
There is a quick chapter of 2 on tarot practice basics, then a book full of spreads, with diagrams and place meanings. The spreads are broken down almost like the suits: work, relationships, emotional world, spiritual world, etc. It's a good reference to have, so but it, don't "borrow" it.
A wonderful collection of spreads. Good for beginners and seasoned readers. I like the creativity of the spreads, how the book was divided by topic, and the simplicity of how to lay out the cards.
I like the spreads! Ill be using quite a few of these. The tapping method was also interesting, and I will be trying. A very quick read before it gets straight into the spreads.
