《星学大成》是一部中国古代星占学著作。明代万民英广泛搜取前代星学家著作，删其繁复，订其讹谬，重新编排，并加以注释，论述多有独到之处。此书保存了许多不再流传的秘本，具有很高的文献价值。此次整理出版的《星学大成》以《四库全书》中所收录的版本为底本。繁体竖排改为简体横排，并加现代标点，以方便读者阅读。
