Thus far a lot I've learned from this book, while insightful, is somewhat nitpicky, and I find that sometimes this author doesn't know not to fight fire with fire, and I don't like that he makes snide remarks back to some of his critics. What kind of message does that send? When you give answers, not everyone will agree or will like your opinions. Be an adult about it.
