Quick read and a great reminder in how to be human

I loved this book! I will likely need to re-read parts of it in the future when I find my self frustrated or upset. Ben takes a very pragmatic approach to taking a step back when we are not pleased with an outcome and how we can address the problem at hand and also how we can shift our behavior in the future. Definitely worth the time to read this little gem!

You Can Meet Your Expectations Head-On

Eye opening and thought provoking, this book is one of those, “he’s talking to me; yup, I do that; I’ve been there” books. Through humor and his own life experience the author invites us to look at how we all create and respond to expectations in life. A practical guide that allows us to not just see ourselves through his journey, but tells us where expectations come from, why we get upset (and that it is okay), how to use the upset to our advantage, and how to transform our lives for the better. A very quick read shedding light on the ability to shift our own perspective to achieve a better, less stressful life. Highly recommended.

Good read

I like the framework (flowchart). I also like that there is zero filler in this book. Short and to the point.
