Perfidy The Government cabal the knowingly abandoned our prisoners of was and left them to die
Senator John McCain has always gotten a free ride from the Controlled Media in America. He's been a regular guest, more than any other member of Congress, on the weekend chat shows and he's always portrayed as a 'reformer.' Even more so, the average American, even Democrats who don't necessarily support him for president, is convinced that McCain is a 'war hero' who's popular among his fellow former prisoners of war (POW) and among the families of America's POWs and those still Missing in Action (MIA). A shocking new book from two experts demonstrates otherwise.
Co-authored by a career military man, retired Army Sergeant John "Top" Holland and his coauthor, Rev. Patrick Bascio, is the incredible story of how high-ranking U.S. government officials in the diplomatic and intelligence communities, along with certain elements in the military, have actively collaborated to cover up the fate of American POWs and MIAs. And as the authors demonstrate beyond any question, McCain, himself a former POW, has been perhaps the most adamant roadblock on Capitol Hill in getting to the truth about the POW/MIA controversy.
Again, this is something that very few Americans know about. But it's something that the POW and MIA families (with whom Holland and Bascio have worked closely for years) are very much aware of, and they want you and other Americans to know about it. And it's not only a matter of POWs and MIAs from Vietnam. The scandal reaches as far back as Korea and even to World War II, something that AMERICAN FREE PRESS's longtime correspondent, the late Mike Blair, wrote about back in the early 1970s.
To repeat again that this book is a genuine shocker is understating the matter. Once you've read this book you'll see that much of what you think you know about McCain, or about the events of America's wars of the mid-century and their aftermath, is not true.

Amazingly informative book about how the POW/MIA issue has been intentionally suppressed and covered up over the past 40 years. It was hard to put this book down but it was easy to read. Lots of research and verifiable documentation. A few typos and some editing that was missed with confusing references that clearly weren't caught by the copy editors or otherwise. However such minor issues in this book don't diminish the overwhelming evidence that US soldiers were left behind in Korea and Southeast Asia after the wars. Left alive and abandoned despite decades of irrefutable live sighting reports, satellite imagery, escape and evasion codes and defector statements. Even overtures from the North Koreans and Vietnamese and Laotian governments were ignored or otherwise cast aside. The media ignores this issue to this day and has from the start. Senator John McCain and his colleague John Kerry have also used chicanery to essentially do their very best as legislators to bury this issue and metaphorically all the remaining POWs forever. If the POW/MIA issue is one you care about and have true interest in this book is one of many that you should read on this topic/issue.
