My daughter was scared by this book. She's 13 months old. Yet she wants to read it again.

~Great example for onomatopoeia because of the instrument sounds. Because it was originally a cartoon with little to no dialogue, the book illustrates an excellent way to tell a story through pictures and sounds (onomatopoeia).

~Can teach a lot of phonemic awareness because the book is filled with random words on the page. It helps to pick out words that contain specific sounds instead of having to look through sentences of story.
