Great for the adhd mind like mine

I know everyone's experience is different and what works for some others they needs are different. For myself I do use self help books sometimes if I need an answer to something I dont understand. So for me, I dont really need to read the whole book. Just need the answer. So this summary and any other book summary that CTPrint publishes will be my first place to search. Having a summary in this format will keep me from unnecessary time wasted speedreading books that prevents me from tasks that are more important.

A Needed Distraction

Okay, it's been a minute since I've read a good non-fiction book. Though it's considered a summary, I found it to be informative. If the snack is this good the meal must be fantastic. This book earned all 5-stars and should be on everyone's bookshelf.
