Erika has a boyfriend, but when she meets Devin Parsons she loses control...and writes the intimate details in her diary. When a nosey stranger reads it, Erika finds herself in the middle of a triangle more scandalous than her own. Brooklynne Hart keeps to herself and minds her own business, but when she finds a lost diary, curiosity takes her on an eye opening journey through the pages. Little does she know, reading Erika’s Diary will reveal more about herself than she’s prepared to handle. As secrets are revealed, Erika and Brooklynne must deal with the aftermath of an explosive situation neither of them ever anticipated. Erika’s Diary is a drama with a touch of erotica, a smidgen of scandal and an extra serving of heart.

Absolutely Beautifully written story of stepping into your full truth. Who knew that a gym bag grabbed in a hasty exit could leave to a complete healing.
Erika and Brooklynne both attend a the same yoga class. Erika arrives home and when she goes to empty the bag, she she realized that the clothes and journal in the bag are not hers. Of course she panics because for 5 years she's written every feeling, thought and experience in that book and it has her name on it. Last entry being the hot sexual encounter she had with Devin, the stranger she met at a party.
Meanwhile, Brooklynne has found out that she has the wrong bag. She finds the journal or course and realize its not hers. Only planning to open it to see who it belongs to, she proceeds to read every single page. She's astonished by how similar she and the stranger's lives are, except for the sexual encounter. They see each other at the next class and wind up becoming really good friends.
Neither have a clue how connected they really are.
I'm a firm believer that there are no coincidences. It's a beautiful love story. These onions 😭😭😭.
Erika’s diary started off as a steamy story where a woman reads the diary of a stranger with all of her sexual escapades & mishaps. It developed into a story of love; finding love for oneself, finding the love of family and friends, and finding the love of soul. There were so many places where I laughed out loud and a few that made me tear up. I could relate to so many different aspects of the different characters, especially of Erika & Brooklynne. This was so well written and the story pulled me in at the 1st page. I literally finished this in a day because I couldn’t put it down and I definitely recommend.
My first read of this author and I can’t lie I was introduced to her by a mutual friend and thought oh I’ll read it has a favor. The friend new I read a lot and was just starting to write reviews so why not, but omg!!!!!!
I loved every minute of this book. Maybe it’s the name, maybe it’s because the story is a Oklahoma City - Tulsa story, or maybe it’s the author that is Oklahoma!! Not sure, but I am definitely enjoying this read!
The story of healing and becoming whole just touched me deep. From the two sisters, the love between Harlem and Brooklynne (love the names btw), the love between Devin and Erika, and let’s not forget Author and Gayle. The author touched on so many aspects of life in the piece anyone can relate to the characters. Definitely worth the read.
I loved this story! It had it all: intrigue, suspense, humor and lots of steamy scenes. I found myself rooting for the characters despite some of their obvious flaws (don't we all have them and still want to be loved?). Recommended!
The book is well written. I haven’t read a romance/erotic love story in decades but I think I will read more books by this author.
The storyline was very interesting and unpredictable. I enjoyed the character development and discoveries. I enjoyed the way Erika’s life details invited the reader to be vulnerable (it’s a diary after all) and explore ways to reconsider whether the life we are living is the best life we could live. How friends, lovers and family intersect is another great meeting space.
I thoroughly enjoyed how this diary came to bring hope to many more people that it’s author/owner.
I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book and recommend anyone who loves a book that starts off with a bang and ends on a high note, this would be the one. The author did a great job of introducing the juicy right at the beginning and giving very good depth to each of the characters within the book. You would never guess how the book is going and who contributes to the story. No matter what character is speaking or talked about, each did a great job helping to depict the story. Very relatable, fast paced…I think I would have finished faster if I didn’t have so many other things to do.
I loved the relationships in the book. It pulled at my heartstrings and the sex scenes left nothing to the imagination. I’m looking forward to reading other books by this author.
I could not love this book more. It touched on so many topics such as love, forgiveness, infidelity, loyalty, family, abuse, and healing. The characters were flawed but real. I don’t want to give anything away except to please read this book. Brilliant Ms. Farashuu!
Erika's Diary is a story of love, family love, erotic love, the love of friendship. Ebony Farashuu does a masterful job of making this story mute than erotic fiction. Read this page turner. You won't regret it.
