This book is directed at weeding out the BIG weeds from the slush pile. For example, a sample letter for what not to send to a publishing house begins with "I have looked at all the meterial avaliable for chidlren and a lot of i'ts at the best unsuitable and at wort itter grabage, I no i can do much better ans so i wrtoe a series of books about a little school bu called Mister Toot-Sweet dn all the fantastical going on he comes acorss in his erevyday cjournies."
