A visual approach to learning about numbers presents an entertaining and educational reference that helps children master the concepts of numbers, counting, sorting, pairing, matching, and simple arithmetic
This book is garbage. It had random imagery just thrown on the pages. This book showed no attempt at organizing and had pictures, numbers, and text just scattered throughout the pages. Another problem i had with this was nearing the end of the book where it shows a clown made of small candies. I have three problems with this. The first is the creepyness of the clown. I believe this image is enough to cause night terrors to small children. The second problem is that the book says it is made of small candies but these little pieces appear to be confetti or some other undefined substance. The last problem i have with this is that the book says that it contains 1,000 "candies". This is a problem because aint nobody got time fo dat. Are 5 year old's expected to count all of those it just makes no sense to include this four digit number.
This is the best book that I have ever read, because it is big and has hundreds of different pictures from insects to household items. It is a great book for a pre-k class, or siblings. It's very fun and educational and it's all in just one book. Children would learn a lot from it, and it is engaging.
This book is good for little kids that are trying to learn numbers. The book is colorful inside and out.The book is a creative book and has pictures of people and rainbow colors.
