This book is so useful and easy to read. The first read was very interesting, but I found going back and working through chapters the best way to get the most out of this book. The strategies in the book have had a profound effect on my levels of happiness and serve as a great reminder as to what is available in your own life to help yourself fight off the languishing tendencies.
