This might be a good book for individuals who are unfamiliar with the carnivore diet, but if you have any knowledge whatsoever, it probably won't tell you anything new. I did have 2 problems with the book:
1. Supplements. The author states that carnivores require certain supplements, like vitamin C, and states this as fact, until the end of the book, when he finally mentions organ meat. Carnivores should strive to eat grass-fed grass-finished beef. Not only does it taste better, it provides you with additional vitamins you can't get from regular beef. As the author stated, organ meat is also good for vitamins, but this isn't mentioned until after supplements have been mentioned at least 3 different times. Organ meat makes all the difference.
2. Freezing. If you can avoid freezing your meat, do so. Not only does freezing change the chemical makeup of your meat, but you will also soon have a stronger sense of taste, and you may find that frozen meat doesn't taste good.
All in all, a very basic overview of the carnivore way of eating. There are no personal stories and half of the book is filled with recipes and diet plans, which are unnecessary. It IS a quick read though. I finished in about an hour.
