I love this book of short biographies of famous women and the ways that their faith shaped their lives. I have been reading one story per night with my 8-year-olds. I would not want them to read it by themselves because there are some sad details I have softened/reworded for their young age.

I love that this book is egalitarian (affirms women in leadership positions including preaching ).

My girls and I read this book together. We loved learning about women who were serving God in each of their lives in their own individual ways. Highly recommend. Also loved the little prayers.
