This is an engrossing coming of age tale that you will not want to put down. It tells the story of Samuel Morgano from the age of six when he is forced to face life's most devastating life-changing moment. From that point on Sam is the victim of several life-changing moments. He is raised by his beautiful aunt Angelina who's relationship with her jealous and immature fiance dramatically ends when young Sam is taken enters the picture. Sam graduates at the top of his high school class and gives a very powerful and moving speech that later is called the Golden Portal speech. He goes off to University and meets and falls in love with the beautiful Nicole O'Neill from a small town in New York called Oswego. Sam also makes friends with three colorful characters who are also students at the school. Several strange things occur to the group. Together they create a product and start a very successful business and set themselves on a course to achieve immense wealth. They set up business in New York City about the same time that a group of Islamic terrorist board planes in Boston bound for New York and Washington DC.

Disappointed

Book was ok...the ending was poor... Seems like a brush through book with no substance...no character depth and no development of the story
