I absolutely LOVED every book in this set! This is one of the best MC series I’ve ever read! These are all fast paced reads with extreme steam and amazing characters. The following are excerpts from my reviews on each book.
Chase:
I enjoyed this story with its gritty motorcycle club edge. Sasha and Chase belong together and I was happy to see them work toward their reconciliation. There is plenty of club drama and some extreme emotional moments along the way. This story sets up the storyline that will be running throughout the series.
Abe:
I absolutely loved Abe! He had no filter when it came to speaking what was on his mind. Some of the things he said were hilariously adorable and made Mercy, as well as myself, fall for him all the more. I love a big burly hero who doesn’t hesitate to exhibit his jealous, protective tendencies and Abe was quick to do so, sometimes to his own detriment.
Despite Mercy’s own heartbreak, she couldn’t stop herself from falling for the one man that would never want more from her than a night time buddy. I enjoyed her personality as well as her determination to see things through to the end.
Together this couple set my kindle on fire. They were perfect together even as they were complete opposites. I just couldn’t see either of them with anyone else.
Torin:
Holy heck I loved this book! I was a bit apprehensive going in because I’m not a fan of the deceased spouse trope but I so wanted Torin to get a happily ever after. He’s been through heck and he hasn’t found his way out when this story begins.
Torin is definitely an anti-hero who is bent on revenge and his determination to gain it at the cost of anyone or anything was sometimes a bit scary. Lexi just happens to be one of the someones that stands between him and his vengeance. The actions that he takes as the story unfolds and he’s finally face to face with his nemesis was pretty horrifying and yet at the same time, it was the one moment that changes his life irrevocably.
Lexi was so strong. Everything she had grown up with, had faced alone afterwards and then the decisions she made as she moved into a new life only highlighted her strengths. I loved that she challenged Torin as she maintained her independence. His gradual move from broken into jealous and protective added to my overall enjoyment of this book.
War:
This story had a lot of veins running through it and I was never sure which direction it was going to take. Nova was dedicated to her job and uncertain of War. He was perfect in bed but not looking for a relationship. Her actions would be considered a conflict of interest and it bothered me a bit that she never gave much thought to the potential outcome. She was also keeping a huge secret from War which added to the angst.
War was a great father and family man. Everything he did was to provide and protect both his son and his sister. However, I did find him a bit off-putting when he turned his anger on Nova so easily. While I might not agree that it was deserved, I understood why Nova would think so. There is a lot of push and pull in this story that kept the tension amped up. But when this couple were together they were great. I loved seeing the easy way War was with her. I would’ve loved to see this couple in an epilogue further out or even just seen more of them as a couple when they weren’t being bombarded by trouble. They were just that perfect together.
Maddox:
My heart has been set on Maddox from the beginning. He’s such a good guy and I was curious to find out what his story was. After the prologue I was even more excited to learn how his tale was going to end and I was not disappointed.
While Audrey was, initially, not my personal favorite heroine, she is one that several readers are going to love. And I have to admit, as this author gave me a bit of a wakeup call about heroines who are free to live life their own way without double standards, I had to agree. My feelings immediately switched regarding the decisions she had made in the past.
Maddox stayed true to the hero I had hoped him to be. His dedication is to the MC and then switched to Audrey. I loved that the choices he made, while not always the easiest, showed him to be a real hero. My heart hurt for him when he has to pay the ultimate price for some of those decisions. I wanted him to have his happy ever after, in every aspect of his life.
Dalton:
I enjoyed this addition to the series. Dalton is laid back and easy but when he meets Peyton he wants no one but her. Each time he sees her his desire grows and his heart becomes engaged. I loved watching this player become tamed by his own special agent. Peyton was fierce when she realizes that she had been duped but hunting down the liar only pulls her farther into her attraction towards Dalton. She’s one tough heroine but she is also a woman whose heart gets involved. Soon their relationship has issues that are real to life and there’s no apparent answer for either of them.
This is a fast paced, steam filled read with some club activity that wasn’t too heavy. The investigation part of the story was a little light with the conflict centered around them as individuals.

Savage Kings MC Box Set: Books 1-6. A box set that will keep you warm at night.
Chase a five-star read you will want to hunt down. Ooohhh it gives you all the feels, Lane Hart could do no wrong in my eyes but by bringing her man D.B. West into the mix, she has just made it that much hotter. (I just keep imagining them in bed discussing where to go next) (but that’s just my crazy misery style brain at work)
I am a big fan of the bad boy and there are many I wouldn’t kick out of bed for much, but Chase Fury may just be the one to kick the others out. If I were ever lucky enough to get him in, as even though it’s been a number of years there is still a Sasha Sheridan shaped hole that he isn’t keen on filling with any replicas. This story is filled with drama and passion, and the heat will melt the pages. But as always there is a great plot line running through the story and a depth that will bring tears to your eyes. Each member of the Savage Kings has a story to tell, and Chase was the first, I am eagerly awaiting who we will hear from next as I have a feeling the more we get to know the boys the more we will fall in love with each of them. (I surprised myself by even liking the club ladies, I am hoping we will see more from a certain red head, but alas that’s just me)
Abe a five-star read that you will want to crown. Abraham Cross is a bad boy and we all know bad boys are the best kind. But just because he’s a bad boy doesn’t mean that he’s bad to the bone. Abe is a yummy man who has a thing for redheads and when he meets one who should want the bad boy then you know trouble is a foot. Mercy Daniels has everything going on one path, one path that leads a certain way but when your heart leads another what would you do? This will blow your socks off and take you on a ride you won’t ever forget.
Torin a five-star read that will blow you away. Torin was always someone I had a soft spot for. I don’t want to give spoilers but will just say these two authors have blown me away, I laughed, I cried, I blushed, and I snorted, I was a wreck when I finished this oneThere aren’t many books that I can’t think of without welling up, but this is one of them. Tears of sadness that the story is over!!
War a five-star read you would start a world war to get in your hands on. War has always been one to pique my interest, and he doesn’t disappoint in fact he kicks all expectations out of the water. Your heart will brake for War when you read his story, especially after he would rock your world. There were so many special moments in this story, some that will make you chuckle and some that would make you blush and a couple that will make it, so you need to change your underwear!! I will never look at Chapel the same again. Nova McQueen is like my personal hero, she does the job I dream about and just has that spark that makes you love her, even when you want to pinch her at times, but when you realise why she is doing the stuff that makes you want to pinch her then she just makes you fall even deeper for her.
Maddox a five-star read that will make you roar. This one was so much deeper than the previous novels, I don’t know if it was the fact that we know everyone so much better or just Maddox himself, but I adored this one so much, it made me laugh and it made me cry. If Reece and his story are half as good as this, I think it may just be one of the best reads of next year. I think I enjoyed this one so much as we get to see Maddox grow into himself and becoming a man his old man would be proud of even if he takes the long road to get there, that being said if you were on the back of a beautiful bike I’m sure you would take the long road as well.
In this story Dalton proves that he’s more than just a pretty face, wow he is so much more, we get to see so many different sides to him in this story, and not just as Henry Aycock, or Captain Panty Dropper. I could write for lines and lines about how there is more depth to him that we have ever seen before, but then I wouldn’t get to go on about how much butt kicking ATF Agent Brady brings to the story, as well as some much-needed panty dropping. I will just round this off by saying thank you for being amazing once again and bringing such great characters alive on the page.

Book 1 - Chase
Chase and Sasha love each other and are planning to spend the rest of their life together. He is prospecting for the MC and they are on their way to get married when an accident happens and separates them for nearly a decade.
He is no longer a prospect and she is a reporter but somehow they end up connecting again although she has no idea just how much danger she is in. He will do all he can to protect her but a threat is coming!
Book 2 - Abe
Chase’s best friend Abe came from a difficult background, but when the two meet in prison and get out, joining the MC felt right. Like people had his back, and his little brother’s.
When he gets introduced to Sasha’s best friend Mercy, he can’t believe his luck! She seems like a nice lady, too good for him but then she starts getting stalked and so Abe steps in as her bodyguard, but is that all he is? A cheap thrill whilst she goes on a TV dating show to find her love? Or could it be that her true love is standing in front of her this whole time?
Book 3 - Torin
Torin wants revenge for the death of his wife Kennedy and unborn son. Hector will meet his end but to do that he needs leverage and Hectors daughter Lexi must have known. She must have been in on it and now she will be the way to get to her dad and she will pay as well!
What Torin doesn’t know though is Lexi has something she has kept from him! And although he is hell bent on revenge this maybe the one thing that keeps him from joining his family in the afterlife!
Book 4 - War
Nothing is more important than family to War. He has the MC and then his sister and his 4 year old son, Ren. He might be the enforcer/bodyguard and SoA for the MC but he protects those he loves, meaning he keeps the two families separate
He wants what’s best for his son, even if that means spending time with mother. Only she overdoses and Ren gets taken into care by whilst they investigate. The social worker assigned to the case turns out to Nova, the same woman who just spent the weekend in his bed. All Is fair in love and war until the threat against War is losing his family!
Book 5 - Maddox
Maddox wants nothing more than to patch in with the MC. For nearly 2 years he has been the prospect and done everything they asked of him. He is so close and it means so much. He loves the MC. War has been his mentor, his friend and almost like the father he never knew so when he asks Maddox to go help his sister, Maddox doesn’t question it.
When Maddox meets Audrey he doesn’t know who she is and she tricks him! Audrey had no idea her brother was involved with the MC but she likes Maddox. They spend the weekend together but what does this mean for Maddox? He likes the girl but it’s Wars little sister and he’s gonna be mad as hell when he finds out!
This was the first book where I really loved Maddox but could not stand Audrey!
Book 6 - Dalton
Dalton is the pretty boy, known as a bit of a joker but the MC is in his blood and he won’t let it go without a fight! When ATF agent Peyton threatens the club, he steps in to wow her and steal her laptop but he doesn’t account for the grief he feels when he nearly ruins her!
It’s been a hot while since I’ve read MC books and this series was enjoyable!
Some bits were obvious, like the stalker in book 2. I wasn’t sure of book 3 with how the Kennedy bit was brought in but overall a good series and will read the next m

i read this box set as part of an arc program. This set includes Chase, Abe, Torin, War, Maddox and Dalton.
Chase- I LOVED this book! This is a new series by Lane and a spin-off from her Out of the Cage fighters series. In this first book, we meet the step-brothers of Jade, Knox's girlfriend from the prior series. Chase is the VP and Torin is the president of the Savage Kings MC and they try to keep their town drug free and the club mostly law abiding. When Chase sends a message to a rival MC president not to sell drugs, he unknowingly sets a series of events in motion, leading him to his high school sweetheart Sasha. Chase and Sasha dated ten years ago and on the way to eloping, they were in a bad motorcycle accident and they parted ways. Ten years later, Sasha is reporter with the local TV station and Chase is the VP. When Sasha learns of a highway crash where a biker had shot the SUV involved, she has a bad feeling Chase is involved. When Chase goes to see Sasha to tell her to stop her investigation, she refuses and Chase decides to watch over her and protect her from danger. When Torin admits being blackmailed by a drug dealer, everyone is in danger and soon a war is starting. Sasha and Chase manage to reconnect and they soon learn the real reason they were apart for the last ten years. This book was heartbreaking in parts and i cried so much. i couldn't put this book down! i loved it, i loved Chase and Sasha together.
Abe- This is the second book in the Savage Kings MC series and tells the story of Abe. Abe is Chase's best friend and has trust issues concerning women. Abe grew up with a drug addicted mother and he had to steal to feed himself and his brother. Abe was sent to prison after stealing a car to get money to send his brother to art school, where he met Chase. Abe was a gentle giant and when Chase's girlfriend called asking them for help to avoid the photographers after her friend, they came to the rescue. Chase's girlfriend Sasha was meeting her college friend Mercy and needed help getting away. Abe took Mercy out the back and they left on his motorcycle. Mercy was an actress who was going to be on another dating show after losing the year before. Mercy was attracted to Abe, but he was not her type. Abe was instantly attracted to Mercy and he wanted her, but he didn't think he had a chance. After some flirting, he went into the house with her and she thought it was her chance to have a one night stand. They had a great connection, but Abe left afterwards. When Mercy learns she has a stalker, Abe vows to protect her and becomes her bodyguard. Only being close to Mercy has Abe wanting more of her, leaving him questioning if he can protect her. I love Abe and Mercy. I think Abe is great. He is a funny gentle giant and i think he really loved Mercy, even if he thought he was unworthy of her. I think Mercy loved Abe too, but she had a lot of responsibility to provide for her mother. The storyline also continues with the Torin and the MC wanting to find the cartel responsible for the death of Torin's wife and baby.
Torin-This is the third book in the Savage Kings MC series. In the previous two books, Torin has suffered the loss of his pregnant wife when she was murdered by a rival. Torin has vowed revenge and plans to use the daughter of the rival to lure him out and then kill him. I don't want to give any spoilers to this story, but it was amazing! i had a hard time putting it down. There was so much that happened in this book that it will keep you guessing with its twists. I loved this book and can't wait to read the next book. This is one of the best MC series i have read.
War- War (Warren) is a single father to Ren and the Sergeant-at-arms of the MC. War works hard to keep his life separate from his family. He also raised his sister Audrey after their parents died and she doesn't know about him being in the MC. when War allows Ren to spend the weekend with his ex-wife, who was a drug addict after he searched her apartment and gave her a breathalyzer. War was alone for the first time in years and decided to go for a ride. War came across a stranded woman whose car broke down. Nova recently moved here to work as a social worker and she doesn't have extra money to spend on car repairs because of medical bills and student loans. When War takes her home and has her car towed to his garage, their attraction to each other grows. War tells Nova he isn't looking for a relationship and she agrees to spend the weekend with him. They have a great time until Sunday morning when Ren calls in trouble. War's ex-wife overdosed and by the time War got to her place to get Ren, children's services had taken him. War would have to go to court to prove her was fit to have his son. When Nova got to work on Monday, she learned she had a new case. She was in charge of War's case and realized this was why he left her Sunday morning. Nova didn't know War even had a son and when she got to the court house, she met a ADA who told her a bit about the MC war was a part of, making her worry about the man she spent the weekend with. War wanted Ren back and wanted Nova to get him for him. Nova had to follow the rules and spend a month investigating War's home life. Meanwhile, War and Nova continued to be together and when the hurricane was approaching, War demanded to find Ren to make sure he was safe.
Maddox- Maddox is still a prospect for the Savage Kings and War has sent him to get his sister Audrey to safety from the approaching hurricane. When Maddox arrives at her apartment building, everyone has evacuated, but when he knocks at her door, she answers and refuses to let him in. Maddox doesn't know her and Audrey doesn't know about War being in a MC or about his friendship to Maddox. When Maddox wants to use her phone to call War, Audrey pretends to be her roommate and tells him she will give him her phone if he has sex with her. Maddox is a virgin, but he is attracted to Audrey and knows he can't refuse her. Afterwards, Maddox calls War and learns the girl is Audrey and Maddox thinks if War finds out, he will kill him. Audrey has a fear of storms and refuses to go outside, so they bunker down in her apartment and spend the next three days together, lying to War and telling him they made it to safety. When the hurricane ends, Maddox returns to the MC and is given the task of finding new prospects. Audrey comes to visit Maddox and he still can't resist her, and when she calls him for help, he runs to her. Maddox and Audrey begin a relationship, but Maddox knows if War finds out, it could hurt his chances of being a King. Maddox wanted to be a King since he left home years before after finding out a family secret and it means more to him than anything.
Dalton- Dalton goes undercover for the MC to find out the information the ATF agent has against the MC. Dalton is the only member of the MC without an arrest record and doesn't look like a biker, with his blonde hair and surfer looks. When Dalton and Peyton meet, they have an attraction to one another and chemistry to burn. Dalton manages to steal her laptop and when he returns it to the MC, she goes to get it back. Peyton doesn't want to be attracted to Dalton anymore and fights it as much as she can. When Dalton and Peyton can't fight it anymore, they know she could lose her job and he can't stay away from her. I really love this series.
This is a great series and it does continue with more books. This is one of the best MC series i have read, i strongly recommend this series.

Overall an enjoyable good series
The Savage Kings MC 1-6 by Lane Hart & D. B. West:
Chase #1: 4 stars
This story didn’t immediately put ll me in, but then it did and I didn’t want to put it down. Love Chase and Sasha’s love story! But some mystery and danger, and a heartbreaking loss, kept me on edge. Wraps up with a nice HEA, but no resolution yet in the war. On to book 2 Abe.
Abe #2: 4 stars
Mercy and Abe have a rocky, steamy relationship. It was a good read but a bit slow in places (so I skimmed some). Nice wrap up, but things remain unresolved as the series continues.
Torin #3: 5 stars
This story has it all - I loved it! Torin has been thru hell and is on a revenge path as well as suicidal. Then comes a big shocker with Lexi and Liam that changes his life. This is fast paced with a good storyline.
War #4: 5 stars
Nova and War have chemistry! Their story is angsty, with twists and steam. Loved REN, and the other MC characters, although the initial injustices with War/Ren made me heartsick. All these stories are intertwined, and flow together seamlessly.
Maddox #5: 5 stars
Audrey is War��s sister and totally off limits to Maddox. But Maddox falls in love with her and will do anything for her. Even if it costs him everything, including the MC. Very good!
Dalton #6: 4 stars
An improbable love story between an FBI agent and Dalton/MC brother. This story is steamy, with heart and humor. Enjoyable!

Gritty, dark, with loss and unexpected twists, but also love, family and a strong brotherhood- highly recommend
Written for mature readers only (18+ years old) due to subject matter that may be a trigger or offensive to some including adult language throughout, steamy intimate scenes and violence.
This is a MC series and includes elements typically associated with the genre, which could include fighting, torture, kidnapping, death, etc.
I absolutely loved this box set. It contains the first six or so stories in the series. All are well-written and obviously should be read in order due to reoccurring characters and ongoing themes. I can’t wait to start the second box set.

Blah
I liked the first 2 books well enough but couldn't stand the 3rd. Torren and Lexi are just whore scum. I couldn't finish it. I don't think I'll finish the rest of the books after that. Torren is just sickening. Lexi is just a "virgin " whore. (I'm a virgin but I call dibbs, blah) . Torren has reason to feel depressed and she tries to take advantage of that through the whole book. Then she says crap like i don't want my dad's money, I'm giving it to charity, RIGHT. She wanted any man to take care of her so she didn't have to work period . And torren does this crap when he should still be in morning. I hate, hate both of them.. This is the first book i was hoping the main character died in.
I liked the first 2 books well enough but couldn't stand the 3rd. Torren and Lexi are just whore scum. I couldn't finish it. I don't think I'll finish the rest of the books after that. Torren is just sickening. Lexi is just a "virgin " whore. (I'm a virgin but I call dibbs, blah) . Torren has reason to feel depressed and she tries to take advantage of that through the whole book. Then she says crap like i don't want my dad's money, I'm giving it to charity, RIGHT. She wanted any man to take care of her so she didn't have to work period . And torren does this crap when he should still be in morning. I hate, hate both of them.. This is the first book i was hoping the main character died in.

These are really good MC books that flow well and have believable characters walking the fine line between criminal and hero. I loved the MC guys and overall the stories were well developed with lovable female leads. All the characters had their various problems/issues and there are some tough life stories. The only book of the six that I found difficult to relate to was book 6 -Dalton's story, that isn't to say that I didn't like him, I just found the idea of an ATF agent getting involved with an MC member was a bit far fetched.
If you enjoy MC books these are well worth the read and I will carry on with the series.

hooked from the beginning to the end! great box set!!
Like so many mc books you feel like you already know the stories, the people and what’s going to happy. But they are still can’t put down books. Their different even if you feel like you know what’s going on, you don’t really. Their feel good books that makes you smile. Whilst giving you a hit from the wild side. You think you know who the person is until you come to their own book, to find them not total arseholes like you previously thought. I loved them all but I think Maverick was my favourite from this set. These are really well written. Thank you Lane Hart.

Really enjoyable read individually and collectively. The best part of being a collection of books is reading all the stories and characters consecutively so that there is a full picture of how the MC works.
Each story has a different theme, some characters you will like and others will take time to warm to. Lives and problems are mixed with trauma, secrets, action, drama and romance. These stories are about an MC so you can expect the events to reflect this.

Good, easy read
This series has its highs and lows but it keeps you reading. It is not a heavy hitting MC book but it gets the lifestyle over. The characters are well developed and grow throughout the series. The storylines are all based around the MC but each set of characters has their own story some being better than others as in any series. As it's not heavy going on the MC I think it is a good start for someone who wants to try but doesn't want to jump right in. All in all a good read

Excellent Series
I absolutely loved reading these books and learning about each of these bad boy bikers and the tough as nails women who tame them! The action mixed with romance and tribulations keep you on the edge of your seat and constantly wanting more! Can’t wait to read the next one!

Omg These books are brilliant, you. An see each character is different but the bond they have is strong they will fight for each other and protect what one of the brothers love it is as strong a bond as any family you hurt one you hurt them all but be prepared for a fight that you will lose if you cross one of the brothers

I gasped out loud my hand covering my mouth muttering Noooooooo when reading Torins book, couldn't believe how involved it dragged me into it.
I always love a happily ever after but I did not see that coming.

Be Still my Heart!
Loved every one of these stories. Love how they each had a part of the previous book in them and the story line continued through all six books. They can be read as stand alones but better to read them in order. Couldn't put them down. Hot, steamy, bikers! Love, love, love!

Highly recommend these books, each book got better than the last, I can't wait to start the 2nd box set. I think there is a little bit of something for everybody in each characters story whether it comes from the bond between them all or the other characters. Sex violence and some laugh out loud moments.

These stories never cease to fascinate me.
There is something addictive about every story in this boxset. In addition to passion, lust, action, and some steamy scenes, they all have plenty of strong emotions. Some heartbreaking circumstances as well.
It's admirable how the men and women in the club are so loyal and loving to each other.
They are united not by blood, but by love and their willingness to fight for each other, the women they claim, the families they create, and others who need their assistance.

There are so many MC series out there that I'm already in love with but this one is now dear to my heart as well. I'm hopeful the rest of the guys will get their stories out too because I can't get enough of them. I loved them all but I'll admit that Maddox has a soft spot with me. What a sweet guy. Lord, I don't want it to end!

Great box set
Each book had its own great story. Bikers are so hot. Lane Hart did a great job with each Savage King man. This is a must read box set and page turner. This will make you go to bed really late because you can’t stop reading. Ready for the next one!!!
