No longer valid. Based on an outdated version (pre v0.16, current is v0.20 -- more than 7 years obsolete). The English, at best, reads like a poor translation. The text is riddled with basic grammatical erros, broken phrases, and miss used terms, making it all but unreadable. It may have provided a degree of help to a novice for its version, but even then it suggests several practices that were known to be problematic and were (and still are) strongly discouraged.
