All "Notes" sections included more rhetorical questions than concrete information. My professor taught from the book's teaching guide, and these questions were never answered. It's hard to imagine how such notes are necessary or helpful to students who are reading the textbook because they do NOT have the answers to said questions. Additionally, many important cases were formatted as notes cases, which made it difficult to discern which ones were key in shaping current Fourth and Fifth amendment precedent.
