English The systematic analysis of the many examples of nonfigurative painting in the area between Veii and Orvieto, collected for the first time in an original study that also presents many unpublished examples, permits a new category of Etruscan tomb to be defined, in whose rock-cut structure are integrated architectural elements of various types, depicted with color on ceilings and walls. Italian L'analisi sistematica delle numerosissime testimonianze di pittura non figurata nella regione compresa tra Veio e Orvieto, raccolte per la prima volta in uno studio originale che presenta anche molti inediti, consente di definire una nuova categoria di tombe etrusche, nella cui struttura intagliata nella roccia si integrano elementi architettonici di vario tipo, raffigurati con il colore sui soffitti e sulle pareti.
