An interesting and highly original point of view

As a student of both karate and taekwondo I have always been interested in the history of both, in the similarities and differences. This book is a very interesting source of information.

Must read for TKD practitioners

This book offers a deeper understanding of Tkd applications found inside the patterns dispelling the often erroneous explanations that never seem to make any sense.in self-defense applications.
