This covers the film business up to 1970.It is an interesting book.I do not agree with some of his negative opinions, particularly about British musicals. The later part of the book deals with reviews of films and biographies of directors eh Bryan Forbes.Views of some classic films, such as AMOLAD have changed greatly since the era when the quoted reviews were expressed.
