Edited in conjunction with the Diego Rivera Mural Museum (Museo Mural Diego Rivera), this tome reunites the work of the renowned graphic artist, caricaturist, and muralist also known as “el Chango,” whose work often graced the covers of Mexico's "Revista de revistas" magazine.
He graduated as an architect in 1978 from UNAM, and is a politic cartoonist since 1979. He has worked as a cartoonist for several newspapers including Unomásuno (1980-1984) and La Jornada (1984-1996). His published books include Me lleva el TLC (1993), El sexenio me da risa (1994) and El sexenio ya no me da risa (1995), the last two in colaboration with Antonio Helguera. He was the co-founder and co-director, along with Rius and Helguera, of the satirical magazine El Chahuistle and is currrently co-directing El Chamuco.
