Inspired by my experiences and conversations with corporate colleagues, businessmen and executives, I have identified a big issue regarding young people’s work inconsistency and job continuity in different organizations. Because of this, and throughout the book, I seek to guide and generate a wider and different view than the one we currently have about two working in a company or owning your own business. My main interest is helping people commit to themselves. This will help corporations or your business to bring aboard people willing to learn, cooperate and reach professional growth and development which will be reflected in the achievement of goals and financial freedom. All of this just ‘cause you’re different.
