Picked this up in the library out of interest since it's January and I'm focusing on fitness and health. This is an okay book, not a must read and will only be of interest for those that follow Kate online. I didn't care for any of the food recipes (they are not my cup of tea) and the fitness plan is redundant as I have my own but I did appreciate the exercise glossary would be useful as a visual aid for beginners. Kate's story and fitness journey was the most interesting part of this book but I didn't learn anything ground-breaking. Essentially the advice is "find what works for you" and "don't put too much pressure on yourself". I'm happy she reiterated that fitness is a lifestyle, not a diet plan and about finding a balance.

A boring read, very basic insight into nutrition and health. For beginners only.

Kate is married to a millionaire, she can afford all the PT’s that she has, plus she doesn’t work full time every day so has the time to cook all the healthy meals.

I’m not saying she hasn’t worked hard for it - but anyone could quickly shape up with that money and lifestyle. It’s much more difficult in the real world when you can’t afford PT’s and you work 50+ hours a week, as well as look after children and housework!
