I'm giving one star for the basic good nutrition info in this book, and for trying to spread food awareness through simple understandable nutrition facts that anyone can start with to improve their health.
On the other hand, I hate the fact that this is the ninth print of the book, however, there are whole paragraphs and pages that have been repeated although they don't add any new info. The book has been printed so many times without any revision of the content or writing mistakes!!
