You can’t spell challenge without change. Joseph “J-Rock” Henry is torn between his life’s focus, the most important trial of his career, and the woman who has proven to be his soulmate. But loyalty goes a long way with him, and he feels like she has shown, beyond the shadow of a doubt, where her loyalty is. Still, he can’t shake the feelings he has for her; to the point where it costs him his focus. With too much going on to deal with feelings, and too much at stake, he has to leave Char to fend for herself and focus on those he knows are on the right side. Charlotte “Char” Cooper may have made the biggest mistake of her life. She chose family over love but may soon learn that sometimes blood isn’t a strong enough bond. What will she have to lose in order to secure A Real Hitta’s Love, and is she willing to do it, even if what she loses is herself? Find out in the Finale of All I Want is a Real Hitta’s Love!
Lawd knows Char got on my nerves and I was glad someone slapped some sense in her. Nina held on to her hurt for a very long time and I was surprised she didn't seek revenge before. Ratchet had all kind of secrets and was a straight bitch. The way so many were willing to go above and beyond for him was foolish because they really thought he cared about them. I didn't feel an ounce of sympathy for him and he got everything he deserved. There were secrets at every turn and I was waiting on what would happen next. The Triad had tried everything only to face the consequences of their decisions. Mama Mo was truly about that life but she was also hardheaded and felt she needed to step in to intervene. Joe Doe didn't play about his family and showed just how crazy he was. Kawan and Ice were crazy as idk what but they got J Rock all the way right. The drama seemed to be endless and Joi didn't disappoint at all. At the end Char pissed me off immensely but the Sistahs got her all the way together. I only wish Shirley would've gotten some happiness when all the smoke cleared and Emerald had the opportunity to bond with Char and Blaze.
There definitely wasn't a lack of drama in this finale. From every angle, hits were taken. The Triad stopped at absolutely nothing to take down Joe Doe. With corrupt government officials, shady lawyers, confused daughters, compromised loyalties and shoot outs, it was almost too much going on. In between all of that, there was still love, protection and respect within the family. Char had to find out the hard way that Ratchet was just that, ratchet. Mo had to learn to surrender the lead sometimes. Nina, smh, I just couldn't with her, but love is one heck of a drug. This conclusion was a wild ride.
Picked up right where the last installment left off with drama and more drama. Still enjoyed the storyline and these characters. It was so much going on with all the secrets, lies, that kept me wondering what's happening next. Throw in the twist, turns and all the snakes slithering around made it a interesting read. So glad that Char finally found out that Ratchet was exactly what his name was ratchet as all out. Once everything all unfolded it was definitely a wild and crazy ride. Good job Joi Miner.
This was a great book/series. I loved it from book 1. I hate to see it end...I love all these characters. I was so glad Ratchet and Greene got exactly what they deserved. This is most definitely a must read series. Joi you have done it again..Can’t wait to see what’s next from you...
This book pick up right where part 2 left off. I would love to hear more about Blaze. Char mad me a couple of times but I was happy to see that she gotten happy ending. It was so many secret that came out but this series was good from the beginning.
Where do I start. This was an interesting book. I.didn't like how they kept all these secrets from each other. I was sad when Esmeralda died. Char got in my nerves. She really didn't deserve Jrock. I was happy everyone found true love.
I loved this book series it was truly an awesome read. I’m glad everything worked out. Storyline was great, Char had me wanting to choke her out. Maybe a wedding for all the couples then you can be done. Congratulations
