Hot damn, Smut University, part 2 takes off running right where part 1 left me hanging in full anticipation! And, whoa, was it worth the wait!
Just as I imagined, Jax and Addy’s time between the sheets is sexy AF. And outside the bedroom their chemistry is palpable—molten!
This taboo teacher-student romance is just getting started. And they’re having the predictable communication issues that all new couples go through. But once resolved, they’re amazing together. And while they’re trying like crazy to keep their relationship between themselves, they’re also working on getting Addy’s book published.
And I can’t wait to see what happens next since that first meeting with Gloria, Jax’s agent sure was interesting!! Smut University, part 3 can’t release soon enough! ~ Missy, 4 stars

Smut University #2 by Kahlen Aymes is the second of a four part serial. The novella starts where part 1 left off and it’s clear there are going to be no holds barred when it comes to this student/professor matchup.

Damn... I love these hot and steamy reads add in the forbidden student and teacher romance... Then I am sold. I absolutely loved book one, so I had no doubt in my mind that the book was going to fantastic, and it was.
Part two picks up where part one left off and we are thrown into an insanely hot, intense, forbidden and steady that'll have you fanning yourself, and squirming in your seat. Kahlen is known for her kindle melting reads and this one is no different. Addison and Jaxon have an insanely hot relationship. Jaxon is her professor in a creative writing class and he is an NYT Best Selling author a few times over.
Just when I thought this series couldn't get any hotter, the author goes and throws me into this. In part two Jaxon and Addison relationship only intensifies. After agreeing to go back to his place, things go from HOT to HOTTER...
Addisons hard work is finally starting to pay off and she is introduced to Jax's agent and her work is given to the agent to look over. But something is off between Jax and his agent... That was made clear the moment the agent came into the picture but Addison cannot work out what it is.
Addison and Jaxon work on her book together and want to base the next love scene on their own experiences together, things are looking up for Addison and they want to celebrate the fact she may actually be published... But things are never that simple...
What is going on between Jax and his agent? There were so many twists added into part two that I did not see coming at all. I am in awe of this author. She not only can write a hot as hell read but she throws in plenty of twists that will have you second-guessing what is going on.
What started out as a fun and steamy, laughable read just intensifies as the book progresses. I was completely hooked in book one, and book two has sucked me in just as hard as the first book. I adore these two. I LOVE forbidden romances, and I love heat and lots of it and this book is laced with it.
It's a must-read. Expect the unexpected and expect to need a damn cold shower after this!

I just got schooled!!! Schooled in dirty writing. Kahlen Aymes’ series Smut University continues with Volume 2 and it is hotter than the first. Addison and Jaxon’s story doesn’t advance, it leaps from page one and doesn’t stop. Kahlen Aymes knows how to write a great naughty very taboo series. Smut University volume 2 is an amazing novella worthy of 5-stars.
Addison Tommes is about to spend a very intimate experience with her gorgeous professor who also happens to be a bestselling author. Jaxson Michaels has been with many beautiful women and writes the best love scenes to grace the pages of his novels. When Addison agrees to come home with him, he couldn’t be happier but what happened afterwards was completely unexpected. Addison’s hard work finally pays off when Jaxon takes her to his agent so that she can read Addison’s manuscript. Addison knows that something is off between Jaxon and his agent but can’t quite put her finger on it. Wow when I thought part one was hot.... part two had me hyperventilating.... Hot..Hot...HOT
Jax has to have her... he is consumed with just thoughts of her. She takes his breath away and not just because she is beautiful on the inside, but because she has a beautiful and intelligent mind. She is witty and she inspires him.
Addy does not trust herself around Jax. She is in way to deep and she fears her heart will break but like a junkie, she needs her next fix and Jax is her own personal drug.
Their love making is hot and the desire they have for each other is off the charts. Their fire will burn you alive.
Gloria is Jax's agent and when he introduces Addy to her as a potential new author, all of my alarms go off. This woman will be up to no good. I don’t trust her but what is a good book without a villain? Addy can hold her own and I know that with Jax behind her....she will kick anyone’s ass.
Love the character build up. Part two will make you beg for more... I need more. Great job Kahlen on yet another great book. Cannot wait for Part three.

From the moment Addy meets the woman, she knows something is up in their odd relationship. Will this tank her writing career before it even has a chance to begin?
I personally am not a huge fan of serial novellas. For me, it's difficult to allow myself to get truly immersed in the story when each "book" is actually a few short chapters; however, book 2 is a hot and steamy read like the first so it more can provides in that area and the story is well crafted.

WOW this one just keeps getting hotter and hotter. These characters know how to burn up the pages. Jaxon and Addison are so explosive together. This story will have you glued to every word and wanting so much more. Absolutely fantastic. 5 stars are definitely not enough for this one. I could not put it down. I can't wait to see what the introduction of the literary agent Gloria is going to bring to this couple. Will she, Gloria. allow jealousy to prevent Addison from publishing her first book:? So much more story to tell and I can't wait for more.

Smut University #2 by Kahlen Aymes continues right where the first book ended. Addison agrees to be intimate with Jaxon, but afterwards bolts, as she is having many doubts. Jaxon doesn’t handle this very well and Addison is concerned that it may affect her chances as a writer. Where will this story take us and will there be a Jaxon and Addison? How will Jaxon’s agent, Gloria play into their lives?
Smut University #2 is very steamy and the chemistry is off the charts. Can’t wait for part #3 of the series, to see what lies ahead for both.

Smut University Vol. 2 picks up where Vol. 1 leaves off, and let me tell you, the steam factor is off the charts. I can’t get enough of Jax and Addy! I did scream at them both a couple of times. I can feel something big coming and I’m anxious for the next book to see what it brings!

Jaxson is torn, he wants to see her publish, but he also wanted some deeper than sex, but can he separate the two to help Addison, and she walked away after what he thought was something he’d never experienced before.
Addison knows that she should have never walked away from Jax, she can always publish but only gets one chance with him, she knows she has to make him see that she wants him. Realising they can’t just stay away, Addison knows she’ll lose her heart, while Jaxson knows he has never wanted anyone more than he wants Addison.

To say this book began with a bang would be the understatement of the year! WOW! The action picks up right where it left off with no preamble needed. The story line is strong enough, it was like I never stopped reading about these characters!
Addy and Professor Jax’s chemistry is electric and comes alive on the page. The fact that both of them are out of their depth pulls the reader in and has them hanging on to each and every word as they root for these two! I love that there are moments for each of them where they fill out of control and vulnerable. The hint of inpropriety is thrilling and entices the reader to want to know more: will they be caught? Will they make it through this arrangement without losing themselves in the process?
As this second edition was an unedited ARC I expected a few spelling/grammar mistakes but there were very few. However as was the case in the first installment, the print was so small it had to be manipulated several times in order to be able to read an entire page. I am guessing this is the case as it is an ARC and it will be formatted correctly for the actual book.
Over all I really enjoyed reading this novella and am looking forward to the next installment. I cannot wait to find out what happens next for these two!

I have to start out by stating the obvious, which is this is Part 2, which means YOU MUST READ Part 1 FIRST! It's not a series of standalone books, it's more of a serial series of short, but so hot, novellas surrounding Addison, a student, and Jaxon, her professor. Things are even HOTTER this time around if possible, as Kahlen Ayems isn't taking any prisoners. Hell, I was sure my kindle would short circuit to be honest. I really thought that it couldn't get any hotter, but I was WRONG, oh so WRONG! Normally, I'm not a big fan of student/teacher taboo romance because of having my own kids, but I'm COMPLETELY addicted to Smut University, (although I wouldn't allow my kids to go there). See, Addison's hard work is taking off, as her writing is sent to an agent. Now with that amazing moment of the possibility of her being published, some shocking twists came in to play, as her relationship isn't the most complicated thing around anymore. And now, it's taken on a whole new intense level that I didn't see coming, and Part 3 CANNOT come out quickly enough! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Bow Chicka Bow Wow! Part 2 was even hotter and sexier than the first. You want to talk about fireworks and explosions. Oh Dear! This book was like an atomic bomb going off and shattering the words on the page. Every chapter, every page sucks you and pulls you in. Kahlen knows her audience, loves her audience and gives us Christmas/Birthdays/Anniversaries and everything in between. This book is Electric and beyond my favorite Taboo novel.
Jax knows he is playing with fire. He knows he could get burned. But the pain will be worth it if he could keep Addison and her brilliant mind. She is the girl that is outside the box and gives him more happiness than he ever knew possible. If only he could convince Addison of her worth. This is the second book in the series and it picks up where the first book left off. It is not a standalone. From the beginning, Jax and Addison have had some intense chemistry made even stronger by her ability to write a dynamic story, making her teacher’s pet. What is one to do when the attraction is off the charts and cannot be denied any longer but take a leap. However, once the deed is done, Addison is left to deal with her insecurities and Jax is left wondering what the heck happened. To complicate matters further they still need to see each other in class. Can Addison get over her feelings of insecurity and put her trust in Jax? This is one steamy read full of drama and twists that you will not see coming. It is well written although the ending seemed a bit abrupt and one may need a cold shower after all is said and done. I cannot wait to see what happens to these two next.

So this author has yet to disappoint. Just when I thought she couldn’t write hotter, more emotional story- she has proven me wrong again. The way she has told this forbidden story leaves you begging and panting. The elements of forbidden, age gap, insecurity, and all around amazing, sweltering hotness will blow you away. This author is one I will always read!!

Part 1 introduced us to Addison Tomms, a student in Jaxson “Jax” Michaels’ writing class, The Art of Sex….in Writing and she catches his attention during the first class and then is further ‘overwhelmed’ by her first writing assignment. Jax is not only her Professor, but also a best-selling writer and can immediately see her talent and wants to mentor her. Sounds good, right? But he knows it will not stay professional if they are alone together working on such steamy writing. She is honored he has chosen her, but at the same time is fearful of what may happen. Is she just the student of the month?
Part 2 was the core of the steamy taboo romance.
Part 3 was sweeter as their relationship is developing, but OMG that cliffhanger was such a twist.
Part 4 was the perfect mix of edge of your seat suspense and amazing heartbreak and a very difficult journey.

Oh how I love this sweet and tantalizing story that Kahlen Aymes is weaving. In this instalment of the novella, Jaxon and Addy's relationship really begins to take off as they both give in to their deepest desires. This story is provocative, addicting! I seriously thought my kindle was going to combust from the heat of this story. There is just something about professor/student romances that draw me in and Kahlen had me hooked on every word she wrote. I love the challenges that Addy and Jaxon face throughout this novel and how much Jaxon truly cares about Addy and genuinely wants to help her with her own career aspirations. Throughout this novel I felt like something big is about to happen and I cannot wait to see what happens in part three of this novella series.
